Our young ones have a tremendous opportunity to study Beginning Meditation for Teenagers with Tibetan Teacher Lhoppön Rinpoche, in a warm, welcoming setting in Westminster, CO.

Based on traditional Tibetan Buddhist principles, Rinpoche will design his teaching to specifically meet the hearts and minds of our young ones, providing them with a foundation and tools for insight and nourishing inspiration! Parents are welcome to attend as well.

A donation of $5 or $10 per class is suggested.
