Mipham Shedra Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Center proudly presents the
Guhyagarbha Tantra, taught by Resident Teacher, Lhoppön Rechung
Rinpoche. At the request of his guru, the Ven.Kyabje Bhakha Tulku
Rinpoche, Lhoppön Rinpoche will take us on a guided journey into this
foundational tantric text of the Nyingma tradition.

According to Longchenpa, the famous Buddhist sage, the Guhyagarbha Tantra, or “Secret Womb Tantra” is "the highest summit of all vehicles, the source of all verbal transmissions, the great, great shortcut of the vehicle of all Buddhas of the three times, the most secret.”¹

It has taken Rinpoche many years to prepare the community to the point of being ready to receive these teachings. This course therefore represents a rare and precious opportunity to receive these teachings live from Rinpoche. It is uncertain whether Rinpoche will ever offer this particular teaching again.

When:.The course begins on the morning of Saturday February 24th, 10.00 am-12:30pm. Then it runs on Tuesday Nights, beginning February 27th, from 6-8:30pm. The course ends on May 14 2024.

Where: Mipham Shedra Temple, 8200 W 106th Ave, Westminster, CO
80021. These classes will also be available online via Zoom.

Prerequisites:

This 13-week course is open to all students who have received the Guhyagarbha Tantra empowerment.

PLEASE NOTE: Mipham Shedra will not be offering any further Guhyagarbha empowerments this year. If you have not already received this empowerment, you will unfortunately, not be able to attend this course this year.
