During the retreat, we will practice and study the sadhana performed at Mipham Shedra on the first Saturday of each month—and this retreat will empower you to practice and chant these 21 Homages to Green Tara yourself at home.
You will be requested to observe the following diet for the duration of the retreat—no eggs, meat, garlic, onions, or alcohol.
